Tony, >Didn't someone post the transcript awhile back of Ligands discussion >with the FDA regarding the last delay? Let's be factual. I believe you refer to Henry's best guess as to how the discussion might have gone. And I also believe he made it clear that this was guesswork. Anyway, we'll know fairly soon. We're almost to the point where the NDA could come any day and if it does not show up in the next few weeks, we can start talking about problems. Cheers, Torben
