Gentlemen:

With all due respect, PUGS is the easy winner of this contest. Everybody else is battling for 2nd place.

1. He assigns book values to companies with negative stockholders equity.

2. He assigns P/E ratios to companies with no earnings (no revenues either).

3. A company he hypes is suspended from trading by the SEC. He claims that the company is cleared to trade yet is waiting until conditions are favorable.

4. He announces bidding wars to audit this company's books (being an accountant I have to LOL when visualizing that one).

5. He blames the SEC for the suspension in trading. Meanwhile, the company has issued numerous press releases filled with gross negligence and fraud.

6. He claims that there is a massive short position in the stock. What he fails to see is I WISHED I COULD HAVE SHORTED THIS STOCK. It would've been easy money!!!!!!!! Nothin from nothin leaves nothin!

7. Anybody who posts with a negative tone is automatically deemed a shorter of the stock. Meanwhile, the stock hasn't traded in over 4 months.

The list goes on and on. By the way, Riley G. is also a candidate. But I'll save him for another time!

Steven, thanks for the clarification.

So, would this one (#reply-4348172) fall into the same category even if the poster is the REAL Ira Monas (the company president)? Keep in mind there has been no public announcement of what is posted here. He's just floating the idea on the SI thread to see what the stockholders think. I'm sure this must be Ira, because that's how companies figure out how to make these important decisions, isn't it?

And can someone explain to me why if I have 4 shares of stock and it becomes 1 share that it is an "exchange" and NOT a reverse split? There must be a fine point of investing that I just don't understand.
