Please bear with me Mike. I would like to continue this conversation :

<<Because the stock was at the $.75 for only about 3 hours over two days. An hour and one half on Friday and an hour and one half the following Monday. >>

A limit order would have handled that easily.

<<Also, there were posts and rumors of a gap up that following Monday. A gap that never materialized. Then all the daytraders got out and the rest is history. >>

This theory supports the idea that people will hold onto their shares at .75 for the risk of a greater reward (if the risk seems minimal) in the near future. Heck, you are contending that all 11-12MM shares are held by these people who are anxious to vote for a take over just to cash out but will hold through those levels on rumor and speculation of a Mon. gap up. This doesn't seem logical to me.

FWIW,

Eric
