The exact reason that PNLK is restricted at SM is as follows: First off, SB only has a few restrictions right now, and the reason from compliance is this: A website called WWW.STOCKGENIE.COM has it as their pick of the month, and therefore, SB restricted it so they can not tell any of their customers to buy it...but they can still buy and sell for you! They do this frequently with OTC:BB stocks as well as NASDAQ...etc.. Restriction went into effect on 4/29/98 @ 8:25AM! Jack
