Jim or Ernie, do you know anything about a facility ERGB set up in
Mexico that purportedly is owned by Mark McMillan?
It is my understanding that they are making components there
and shipping them to Texas.

Any truth at all to the company having around 3000 chairs in finished goods?

How did they report tremendous earnings for the first three quarters and then have a loss? Their statements regarding conservative accounting which pushed sales for the Fonik's writer into the 4th quarter instead of being recorded in the 3rd quarter now is even more confusing. There are severe problems at ERGB IMO.
