Insiders? who knows.. Remember the trading volume in March (I don't remember the exact number, was it 160 million shares changed hands in March?), that's when someone was buying up those Reg. S shares. Now, when the 'scare' reverse split PR was released, I was expecting to see a major selloff (1 million share blocks flying by at the bid), but it didn't look like one to me. Someone must have the log showing the number of shares dumped on the announcement, as I remember it, those were mostly small blocks, no offense to anyone. Anyway, I am just speculating. We need news!!
