TSIG might be huge, and I believe it will, but it does me NO good if I cant buy a share... I just got off the phone with NASDAQ customer complaints, and as I feared, there is nothing I can do.. there are basically NO rules for the MM's on BB stocks... A MM does not have to display (fill) your limit order, he can buy or sell for himself and let yours go, and market orders , while guaranteeing a fill, must be placed in a "prompt" manner... so if I place a market order, it will fill today at 3:59 when the price is $3.. there is NO definition of prompt! I'd like to know if there is a night course in MMing I can take, or if all i need is a mask to conceal my identity.. I cannot believe that this situation exists... I have had an order in at 19/32 since 9:45... the price was under .45.... it STILL has not filled (or of it has I have nt been told- they have 3 DAYS!! to let me know) I may never play a BB again.. MG
