Good morning J.J. It is Saturday morning and time to clean up my office. Guess what? While dusting a bookcase, I came across a copy of the original Form 10-SB filed by HCCA with the Securities Commission on December 6, 1996. And you know what? Things have not changed. HCCA had no value then and still has no value today. The record speaks for itself: have a look at their financial statements and read the notes very carefully. It would be most interesting to find out from their new PR agency, Scopes-Garcia- Carlisle (SGC), how they are getting paid! Since HCCA has no money in the bank (actually, they never had any real money), should one assume that SGC have been paid in shares which are now being sold to the public? A stock promotion can be fun. They do that all the time in Canada with mining stocks. However, I honestly think that this is one time too many with HCCA. Let the SEC have a look at it for what it is worth and you will finally see it go out of existence. I am glad that you managed to salvage something out of it when you sold at .30 last year. I wish my son and ex-wife had done that too but, they are still holding... Have a very nice day. Pierre
