The logic of this is lost on me. The new CEO knows the stock price has deteriorated. He is brought in because there are problems. If he knows what he is doing, he knows that communication with shareholders and an improved stock price and company performance are critical. Anything you put forth will have those goals in mind. If he is worth a shit, he already knows this. If he isn't worth a shit, he won't care.

Hi Larry,

I was very careful to leave out any explicit threats. Just wanted to let Mr Hilliou know that stock holders have had enough of the past problems in communication and lack of direction by the company.
