Just talked to IR. They are shooting for a June 1st WEB site starting off with a blast. They have all of the same titles as their competitors, but they will sell CD's at less cost. The shares outstanding could not be released to me but the deal could be shares or warrants worth $2 a share. In a month we will have shares worth a few bucks each. (or more)

i find a MM shakedown hard to believe... this stock was overbought and is just giving back what it took too much of. there is a trading opportunity here since price discovery seems to be difficult to obtain... sometimes the price goes too low and when that happens people jump in and get stuck with a high price... that's all. i don't mess with penny stocks.... i learned my lesson with IDID a couple years ago.
