Re foreign phone systems>>Is your telephone fee system for local calls usage based or not....<<

I suspect that it is usage based in most countries; I have been informed that it is so in the case of the UK, New Zealand, Malaysia and Kenya--so that covers the corners of the earth:) But it was a casual question that I asked of individuals residing in these countries--and so take it for what it is worth.

hey lisa --- I know that The Netherlands (is that where Amsterdam is??) is still like that. Paul Levy (???, my memory, you know?) I think is a Dell thread person who I'm sure has mentioned that before.

INDEX UPDATE - INTRADAY
-----------------------------

Just checked the NEW HIGH/NEW LOW's for the NYSE & NAZ, which really is starting to turn for the worse:

NYSE * NEW HI=35, NEW LOW=26
NAX * NEW HI+59, NEW LOW=25

For comparison sake, the average for the NEW HI's on the NYSE during the runup was in the 200-300 range. During the downspikes of the runup the NEW HI's seldom got lower than 100. As you can see today's performance is lower as it was toward the end of April.

I am not saying that we are going to have the huge decline now, but do feel that selling on the rallies may be better than buying on the dips for the near future.
