mark, This might explain the 15th; The management change has been made pursuant to a Change in Control Agreement between former management and Messrs. Raabe and Boethling. The new management,team plans to go to work immediately to bring the company's current operations to profitability and to develop and implement a corporate strategic plan. Details of the agreement will be made public in a filing to be made with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the ''SEC'') within 15 days of the effective date of the Agreement, or approximately May 15, 1998. dj
