Found empirically, Peter, that only got one date when, as usual, I omitted AllGroup.
It is the default, so leaving it out would be the same as having it before loop(); sounds therefore like Loop(0,-10) isn't true until it gets to zero.

You need to use Allgroup to perform the logical "AND" between your criteria. (Anygroup performs the logical "OR").
