Joe... my sentiments exactly.... you can bet I'll be addressing sale of the company during the conference call.... I have to believe SPNSF selling at deep discount to market is a result of the old and settled lawsuit....

In addition to the per-shipment fee sharing arrangement, Sapiens expects to earn $1.5 million in revenues annually from consulting services for the TransConnect offering.

There's a lot happening with this company. Wish they'd get busy looking after the shareholders, too.
