Suggest reading the past few months postings for a mini-education re: silver and WB. Its all the talk!

I have said for the past 2-3 years that "smart money" moving into silver would be the sure sign that the silver supply/demand balance was genuinely tight - in fact that "smart money" could buy and withdraw enough silver from immediately available supply to create the effects, short run, of a shortage. Hence, "smart money" moving into silver would be the trigger for the beginning of the bull market because the resultant price move would focus general attention on the metal and get enough small-money buying started to fulfill prediction.

After all, in the market perception is 90%, reality 1%, the rest is wild guessing in the web.
