That's a 7% dilution in less than a year and a half! Why do the employees get rewarded while the shareholders get screwed? That lame alleged $100 million buyback won't even cover that dilution, unless of course the stock crashes some more.

Meantime they're sitting on nearly $400 million of our cash. What the hell do they need that much cash for? To pay their lawyers? I hope they're not planning any more worthless acquisitions. Haven't seen any benefit from them yet.

If they really thought their stock was undervalued they'd earmark nearly all their cash for buyback. And what really pisses me off is that Sim said in the analyst meeting that the reason they announced the buyback was because of all the internet criticism that they don't care about their shareholders. Why do we have to complain to get treated properly? They're just trying to buy our silence now cheap.
