Haven't complained. Not worth it for the ten bucks, assuming and this is a big one that the partial will not make the remaining 475 shares difficult to sell.

I suspect that this was not a late execution but rather a delayed report as my buy was below where the bid had been for several hours.
I think that what happens is that other MM are mad at DATEK because of their SOES background and are sticking it to them (actually ME) with the partial.
Guess that my option is another firm, but don't want to change unless
it looks like we will never get GTC stops on listed stocks.

I have had 2 orders filled off hours. One at 09:25 and one at 16:06.

I called about the first one, which I discovered when I went to cancel the order at 09:26. The answer I got was "It happens some times".
