Could be some slight panic spreading to other places.

Fore Volume doesn't seem too high (I'm not familiar with
it's usual daily average, though). Maybe temporary profit
taking due to general tension in the market.

Also, CSCO's stock has gone up, reported good numbers
and gone up some more. It's time for the mo-mo's to
take some profit along with lots of the other stocks
they've driven up. COMS uncertain is providing a good
excuse. (JMO...)
