Doesn't this ordeal with MSFT remind you of the song by the band Rush, "The Tree's" its on the CD-Hemispheres, about oaks and maples. Pretty funny comparison, but if you listen to the whole song, I think the end of the song will be the eventual outcome sooner or later.
