Jim - I am not ignoring what you say. There is a lot of opportunity for shell games with the large amounts of money going back and forth between CPQ and the channel. Likewise the 'purchase commitment' game is an old one, it's not real 'til the chips are paid for. I am just looking for some hard evidence that points to what is really going on. The reports I am getting say that CPQ is taking its medicine this time, but that the channel is picking up a big part of the tab. That's not pretty but it is a lot different than the 'smoking gun' analysis, where the reality is a lot different than the picture being painted.

jim..You are on target. Buy puts or sell stock. The run-up the past few days is only a result of the share buy back program. Steve
