Dal,

I was just making the point that the SEC and NASDAQ have guidelines they will enforce if they want to....AND this will always be a valid concern of mine (ours) until airhead tech gets it act together and posts numbers when the're due.

SO, I disagree with you that airhead is not in any danger..,Maybe i would use the words...airhead is a concern to NASDAQ and the SEC. They can pull the plug at any time and justify it. Expecially since NASDAQ doesn't like penny stocks...If airhead tech wasn't listed and wanted to get listed today...IT COULD NOT pass the minimum criteria.

OK, maybe some of this I'm pulling out of my ass since i don't know what's really going on...but I can read the requirements and criteria and know when airhead doesn't follow them. So, I believe my concerns are well justified.

If they just post numbers on time, have a airholders meeting and tell us what's up, things would be different.

jeff

Dal,

Call me a skeptic but you say the AUDITORS will have the a draft of the 10-K ready soon. I thought we were waiting for the LAWYERS to sign off on letters regarding a Sprint debt to Airstar. And since when do the auditors, and not management and its attorneys, "draft" a 10-K.

P.S. Good news is not the absence of bad news, as you suggest. TJS
