Thanks for the amplification. Everything you said is 100% correct.

I want to elaborate some on the "steady string of eenyweeny hydrogen bombs" approach. It's called Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF). If this technology is advanced, every nation with these nasty suckers will have all the information they need to develop "modern" multi-stage thermonuclear weapons.
