I don't think move to NYSE is reason for upgrades.

I think the upgrades are based on this reasoning that I outlined in mid-April:

There's always some truth or credibility to an upgrade, however, IMO it's not unususal for insiders to bail as these upgrades increase
shareprice. After some slowdown in volume, and a retracement of about 1/3 to 1/2 the original move (say from 35 to 42) re-entry could be possible at $40. Remember, the analyst will take credit for either short or long term calls, which ever makes them look better.
We've rallied the last few days in the late afternoon....watching for the same....if we do not hold on to most of todays gains, we'll likely test 40 tomorrow.
