Ben it's been a long time since I have heard from you on the @home site.A good choice from the start.
As for emerging trends voice tech is getting very big "Agent Technology" as it is called. You might want to look into GMGC and FONX . Soon we will all be talking to computers, cellphones and other machines and they will do our bidding and then answer us.
