EVERYBODY READ THIS Y'ALL:

i just was told that we will be putting an article in barrons magazine and on their website, it should be there for the saturday issue if we can get it out by 2:00 today, if not look for it next week. yes it is a paid article, but that is tremendous exposure and just another reason why to love dgiv and its management. the article will be orchestrated by worldvision, who i must tell you folks are really doing a good job for us right now(unlike LC), WV is also going to arrange for another run in the ibd for us in a few weeks or so.

the articles will be similiar to the one in intenet weekly.

Company Press Release

Digitcom Achieves World Domination

SANTA MONICA, Calif., May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitcom Corporation (NASDAQ: DGIV - news) announces that it has successfully taken over
the world. All international long distance and local telephone calls,
from anywhere on the planet must now travel through Digitcom's vast
internet telephony network. This has been made possible by the Corporation's successful takeover bids of MCI AT&T, Sprint, LCI International, as well as numerous smaller companies located across the globe. The purchases of Lucent Technologies, UUNet, and Cisco Systems provided necessary infrastructure materials.

Bill Gates (now penniless after the utter failure of Windows 98) was quoted as saying, "I knew I should have invested in Digitcom when it was trading at 7 1/2".

"Thanks to the great work by the members of the SI thread including
Byron, Rocketman, Macker, Mr. D, and many others, we received the
recognition needed to accelerate the worldwide expansion of Digitcom,"
said Jimmy Chin, Digitcom CEO. "It would not have been possible without their hard work and dedication."

Digitcom is the leader in Internet voice communications technology and is deploying its Internet-based telephony products using the company's
world famous ''IntraVoice'' gateway and voice compression technology, working with regional and national telephone companies, ISPs, and PSTN resellers in Europe, North America, South America, Australia, Asia, the Moon, and the newly surfaced "sunken continent" to establish international long distance networks.
