Your begining to get the picture, except the next support is not
solid..now if realize the DOW and THE S&P are like the froth and
foam on top of the sea, and start looking at the SUPER CAPS..as
they are the real LIQUID you will get a clearer picture.
---------------------
Know that the fumbdumds act like a herd of sheep..they maintain
job security by not being the only fund to go down. They are
more concerned about not being the only loser on the street, than
about real gains. It's ok if they lose as long as all the rest do
so they act like a herd sheep..If the head sheep desides to
enhance is NAV by reducing in the slower moving but very liqiud
Super Caps and grabing the some fast but not so liguid stocks
that are climbing..the other fumbdums do the same..then you
got the less liquid running up and making the Indexes such as
the DOW and THE S&P look good..as it enhances them to..but that
were this enhancement comes not so much from money inflows but
at the expence of the Super Caps and the more liqiud part of the
market this helps set up a situation that in it's effect is simular
to them all going on margin..if and wend redemtion time comes
and people need or want their money out of even a small amout of
these funds..the fumbdum got to sell..but now the market is not
as liquid as it was..more foam and froth..getting out of it takes
it down harder and faster than the enhancements ran it up..
at that point it gets over sold..percetage wise the S&P and DOW
then dip lower than the super caps..and the super caps start back
up..and they all give you all kinds of reasons for the sell off
that had nothing to do with it..
WATCH THE SUPER CAPS first.."the liquid"..then compare the others
to them..but TA and wave counts on the FOAM..and comparing the
FOAM to itself or how much FOAM there was last time misses
the direction the tide is running..or why the foam foamed up
etc.
WHAT IS GOING ON ...just the real short term..from MAY 4th peak
and it's down turn.. the fumbdums are reducing in the super caps and trying to buy to buy the other dips in the S&P ..it's stpid because
they are losing the fight..it visable as the MEAGs have come down
3.05% ...whike the S&P has only fell 2.65% ...BUT they are
robbing the LIQIUD stocks and buying the non liqiud in an attempt to
hold their NAVs..IT WONT AND CANT WORK..when they give up that crap
and the S&P then drops at a faster rate than the Super caps we
will find a bottom. BUT they won't give it up..as they are brain dead
and programed to act like sheep, till suddenly they start bailing
out of their hot runners and at that point some mavrick will
buy a few supper caps again..then the herd will turn ..and they
will be happy as long as they didn't lose more than the average,
as then they might not get fired.
I'v posted enough on the super caps..if people can't see it by
now they never will ..this is the end of the super cap posts.
