Well freddie, its turns out you are right. The financials for 1997 will only include the balance sheet (and being an accountant, how can you only release a balance sheet? Where's the statement of cash flows? Where's the P/L? How can I make prudent decisions without all of the facts?). I am beginning to suspect that there was a one time credit in 1997 to jack up the EPS (and therefore not from operations). This is okay assuming the pro-formas are reliable and conservative and show increasing EPS (hence generating shareholder momentum) but ideally I like to know bad news immediately.

Just a suspicion, but I believe the pro-formas are being strategically placed before the 97 P/L to lighten some panic. From a CEO's position, this would be in the shareholder's best interest, but again from my personal preference, I like things up front.

All, please try not to bash me (I'm a sensitive easy go lucky kool kind of guy of the 90's) for this post.......I'm holding 30K shares and have a reasonably long position on this stock and this is the first time I have every said anything on this thread less than positive.
