Frank,
What you are missing is Paul has a gazillion shares of Intel at less than a dollar basis. Therefore he might be just a little like an Ostrich with the head in the sand. Between AMD and the FEDs he's probably more than a little nervous.

You are missing quite a lot!

AMD makes only microprocessors at Fab 25.

Fujitsu makes all of AMD's Flash products at the jointly owned AMD-Fujitsu plant in Japan.

They are converting to a 0.35 micron process at that plant, I believe.
