For the first time in this bull market, I'm seeing
a loss of leadership - the most powerful stocks
are falling out of proportion to the indexes, and
on high volumes (Dell down 5% on 30 mill shares.)
Previously, I had been frustrated at the "sticky"
prices of some of these leaders even when the
market had fallen.

Bear on the horizon? It's getting closer. Looking
at Dell as an example, it can easily fall 50% and
still be overvalued. Same goes for Coke and Gillette.
This will be interesting.

The recent "Cancer" rally in biotechs had to be
the ultimate in blow-off speculation. Not only
the truly innovative biotechs but also the
old-tech anti-mitotic biotechs ran.

The Prudent Bear Fund may finally have its day.
Anyone shorting stocks?

Good investing,
Mike
