You could use the "jump" feature-in the "Reply #" box (to the upper right of text area), put a "0" in the field. ?? Thanks, but I don't understand. What "jump feature"? Besides, the opening post of a thread -- the one that "launches" it -- doesn't seem to have a reply box. All that I want to do is to repost the URL for an opening post, in order to refer someone else to it (and in order not to have to type the whole thing out from scratch). What to do?? (For the record, I am a technological idiot, so if you have an answer, it has to be VERY explicit.) Thanks again. jbe
