I'll fill in more on DCGR. . . Signed letter of intent (yesterday) to acquire Sabatini's Deli (cash transaction). When combined with their Mulberry Street Deli (which they are just beginning to franchise), the gourmet foods should have revenue of 4 million, net income of 1 million. PR should be out Monday or Tuesday. Onto cigars. . . just about to finalize deal with CVS Drugstores (4800 locations, nationwide). . . should be very profitable. Release perhaps in a week or so. Audited financials will be out in 10 days. . . will cause several big brokers to jump in (they just want to see the numbers). Bottom line: with current contracts, should make .17 cents a share this year net income (WOW!!!!). Assuming the CVS deal is finalized, and several others (Eckerd's, Walgreen's expansion, etc. . .) it will probably be a lot more. VERY UNDERVALUED....
