You would need the acrobat program to open these files,however it seems the article mentioned by Alan (spelled correctly :-) Would probably be from May. I am pretty sure the acrobat reader is free but I am not positive about that. I will check into it later

To All: Just reviewed the Lehman Brothers research report on VPI issued 4-May-98, subject: Vintage Petroleum: Leveraged to Oil Prices. There is no mention of TransGlobe Energy, however, the concession in Yemen was mentioned in a short paragraph: "Yemen concession could be awarded within weeks: Vintage Petroleum is awaiting the Yemen Parliament's approval of an oil concession. Development of prior discoveries could begin as early as late this year. In addition to development of prior discoveries the company believes the acreage holds deeper potential." Regards, Chris...
