I don't care if they ever build a plant. They will get JVs and besides look at the news releases this product is going to be in demand.

They are in a good bargaining position, imho, so if they take in JV's for financing, they are not going to be in a begging position and have to give away an inordinate amount to attract the JV. And whatever financing they take in, and whatever deal they work, I have to think will benefit all.

However, speculating and micro-managing don't serve any of us too well, JMHO.

I feel this is a darn good price to be buying at or averaging down to.
