Insider Purchases/Sales

Diversification is an integral component of portfolio management. I personally do not hold more that 12% of my portfolio in any one stock. Most finance texts are in that ball park. Further, I wouldn't usually hold more than 5% in a stock with significant risk. IMO, AGPH is one of these stocks. Granted, significant risks entail significant returns. I have made an exception to my personal 5% rule for AGPH because I see significant upside potential.

As such, I am not surprised to see insider sales of AGPH stock and would be surprised to see purchases. I don't know the financial resources of AGPH insiders but would guess that their AGPH stock/options now comprise the vast majority of their portfolios. Some people do, in fact, put all their resources in something they strongly believe in. Investors set there own risk/reward and diversification parameters based upon individual circumstances. Is there really a "sure" thing in investing? Just my opinion.
