There seems to be some confusion as to the Reg S shares. They were sold to offshore investors who cannot legally sell the shares until 40 days after the transaction (May 19, I believe). Reg S shares occasionally show up earlier as offshore investors illegally sell them short to lock in their price, then cover after 40 days with the freed-up shares. Illegal, but it can happen. However, because of the very low short interest in BCMD in April (5237 shares) and the fact that shares under $5 can generally only be shorted by MMs, I seriously doubt that the Reg S shares have hit the market yet. Looks like they got the shaft just like the rest of us.
