NEW YORK, May 7 (Reuters) - Pepsico Inc. PEP on Thursday filed an antitrust lawsuit against Coca-Cola Co. KO . alleging that the company supplies Coke to food service distributors on the condition they do not distribute Pepsi.

The suit filed in Manhattan federal court alleges that Coca-Cola has the "specific intent to monopolize the market for fountain-dispensed soft drinks distributed through independent foodserve distributors throughout the United States."
