Vi, thanks for reposting the various news from Reuters, etc. Russia sure has to be wary of their debt situation and try to do something against it. Now that the political system is reasonably well established, allowing for changes in government without bloodshedding, I think focus will or rather must turn to tax collection and -enforcement. A revised and simplified tax code is in the making and due to be voted upon later this year. Let's see how Kirienko & co. get their act together. Thomas
