David,

NexGen and Cyrix signed fab. contract with IBM. As the result, NexGen and Cyrix failed miserably and had to be merged by others. Maybe, Rob could spend some time to give you good stories later.

To David Tesorero and all: Why IBM deal is bad for IDTI.
The reason it is bad is also the reason IBM is making the C6+. IDTI has been trying to make the C6 for many months now and can't keep up with the demand. They have the demand and the space so it is the know how that they don't have. IDTI's business is making semiconductors not having someone else make them. If someone makes the C6+, IDTI makes less profit. Check out IDTI's net profit margins for the last 3 years. Do you think it is going to change? The big problem is that management doesn't have the ability to correct it or are cheating the shareholders.

David Tesorero: If you need to use the * in your words maybe you shouldn't use them on this board.
Tom

<<TO: Tom Jones and Investor A,

With all due respect, I'd like to hear exact detailed reasons why you both think the IBM
deal is bad for IDTI.>>
The answer is simple, it's very "Short" :)
