In regards to Franklin instituting a legal action, I would suggest to you that Franklin will have enough problems as a plantiff defending their numerous press releases, that as yet, have yielded nothing for shareholders. Perhaps we could start with the intrine.com release. The one that really sticks in my craw is the hardware sales from last Q to this Q. Last Q ending Dec 1997 was $ 161,000, this Q that number is $ 166,000. That is a not a leap forward as many here have expected and wished for. The above references are but a few, I can point to many more misleading or erroneous press releases. Again I would state that no detractor here had any part of ftel's releases. They were from the company!!!! One other curiosity is, why did or does Frank etal sell shares in Ftel while in the midst of their Nasdaq application for listing ????? No Storms here. Oh by the way, again, I have no position in this stock nor ever did !!!! Good luck to all, Tom
