Not necessarily. Japanese and Dell all buy same components from same component vendors. Dell probably adds less than 10% to cost for assembly and distribution (just a guess), but Japanese distribution costs are at least 10% higher because they don't sell direct. Please explain why the Japanese computer will cost you less.
