MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 7, 1998--
A variety of "real-deal" multi-player casino games to follow.

Global Games Corp. announced today it is initiating the proprietary version of Multi-Player Interactive Internet Bingo through its licensing agreement with Internet Gaming Corp., Dominica, West Indies. This unique new Bingo game will permit live player-to-player chat and will take advantage of the latest, completely secure client/server technology.

Global's software features twelve different Bingo games that allow players to play against one another in prescheduled action. Live, player-to-player chat will greatly enhance the entertainment value of each player's experience.

By utilizing the latest Java, GIF 89a and client/server technology, the "secure server" registration process is made very simple and players can be ready to play in as little as ten minutes. Global's new Bingo game is modeled directly upon traditional bingo for familiarity and ease of use. Once registered, players can enter each new game they wish to participate in and be playing in less than 5 minutes.

Global's Bingo engine software also includes "back office" software which controls all aspects of transaction management including customer registration and tracking, "secure server" credit card verification and generation of in-depth administrative reports.

Proprietary software will soon be released for other "real-deal" Casino games including:

-- Multi-player Blackjack (using Java)

-- Four versions of Slot Machines

-- Video Poker

-- Net show for video Bingo calling

Global Games Corp. will not directly involve itself in any Internet gaming to U.S. residents. However, to enable Global shareholders to view and experience fully functioning, non-revenue versions of Global Games software, Global will soon provide an Internet site which will illustrate the unique features of Global's Multi-player software.

Global Games Corp. CEO Gary Borglund stated, "We believe our shareholders will enjoy playing the demo version of our Multi-player Bingo game. We will soon be releasing a free demo version of our unique Multi-player Blackjack game as well.

Mr. Borglund concluded by saying, "We expect to release news next week relating to other significant business developments of the Company."

Global Games, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GLOW - news) is an Internet-based, commercial-service business providing secure automated transaction processing for merchants and Internet customers. Global also licenses software for Internet gaming, and, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Electronic Card Services, Inc. (ECS), also sells prepaid electronic chat-line cards through ATM-style dispensing units. Additionally, Global provides management and consulting services. Global's core marketing strategy is to develop "recurring electronic revenue streams" based on targeted niche markets where the Company's expertise can be leveraged.
