Agree. And, the fact that they bailed out ATT during the recent software glitch didn't hurt them a bit. Word of mouth is the best(or worst) kind of advertising
And, I'd say ATT has a pretty big mouth that can be heard far and wide

Corporations are outsourcing.. AT & T is always laying off people. Very much how the government is saying they are downsizing; actually, what everyone is doing is getting away from the benefits that cost $ 15K per person extra, and the opportunity to weed out the no-loads, and keep productivity very high IMHO. Service is what it is about with communications. AT & T is great and IMHO the best. Being the best does not mean the cheapest. Companies have to try new ideas to remain the best. The best always needs write-offs also, as they have the money to experiment with leading marketing ideas. Companies that try to miser everything inhouse become stagnant. AT & T outsources many areas of their communications stronghold, but they are not going to tell us all their secrets. Best wishes:)

a rumored press release that may be out shortly after the bell tomorrow morning will most likely give you a better understanding of what TSIS does..
