Did not expect to see you here. In any case, I am not too sure if MGI + Discreet is such a hot deal for Discreet. But I think the merger will be approved by the share holders because MGI on it's own is vulnerable. One reason the majority share holder probably agreed to the merger. May be they should use the excuse of low Discreet share price to get out of the deal, if such a clause was included in the original agreement.
