Thanks for clearing that up for me. The 30 day build time is great.
I guess I underestimated simplicity of the plants, once they have a working design. Even if the scaled up plant takes two to three months, it is still very good turnaround time to start recovering the capital investment.

Just doing JVs wouldn't cut it for me, because that could mean only a small royalty. (worst case scenario)

I can't help but giggling at all of the hubbub regarding the price of the "plant" to produce the DF-144.

First of all, if a JV happens, end of topic.

However, if they decide to make a crack at it themselves, I would like for everyone to remember what this "plant" really is.

Down here in the South, we call them STILLS. Now before you go envisioning Granny & Jed & Ellie Mae (lol - yeah and maybe Bard too...)hanging out by the cement pond sipping stuff out of a jug with XXX across it, it's not quite that kind, but in principle it is the same thing.

We are not talking about a tremendous amount of expense.

Even if MIDL had NO money, the fact that the product is pre-sold will be inducement enough for any banker to finance the production of the plant.

Just my opinion
