It sounds like the reporter caused this whole mess. I wonder if Dr. Watson realized she was going to quote him at all. It was a dinner party- one is usually conversing not parsing out one's statements for errors and omissions. Plus the whole tone of the story was the problem. Had it been presented a little more cautiously this stock never would have run the way it did.

" Up front,it is the marketplace that caused this--not Entremed,not Dr.Judah Folkman.Whatever the cause,it was not Entermed nor Folkman,they are blameless,and the fact is the science here is of the highest order--but what did happen Monday morning is a mystery to me.When I heard the news I said NO WAY I buy in ,as I figured there would be perhaps a 10 point gap-up--BUT it was 73points!!,that is where the crime is--but I don't understand it,it remains a mystery to me--this stock should have opened about 20-22--but it did not,the dynamics of that need be decided by experts on how the marketplace works.max90
