MSFT, IMO, it may force moves that arn't necessarily their first choice ala unbundling the browser and restrictions on how they deal with OEMs. And there was another snippit about how Intel might be in the cross hairs too. IMO any time the government is involved control may be easily lost and undesired consequences may result.

Could be related to next weeks options positions. I just updated the NOVL MAY'98 options analysis and find the NOVL MAY'98 MAX-Pain point to be nailed at $10 with a steep value wall to climb above $10.
