Hi Efrain, On your question of a time frame,I tried to get a idea of how long they thought and I was told,"It has already taken longer than first thought,and we at this stage have no idea,and all we can do is keep trying as the government is controlling this matter". I feel that they really don't know and are being fully truthful of the matter. Second you asked if a name was mentioned under the new personal,and they would release no name,but they definitely indicated that it was more than one person that had come on for this "Start" problem.
