Paul, I am guessing its 10% or around $8-10mm US. The deal is $125mm CDN. A good bit of money eventually. I am surprised no equity stake, or maybe they were acquiring on the open market like CCM? What the release did not say was whether Hoffman gets all potential uses of all the AAA's or just certain ones. For example, hospital use following acute myocardial infarction is much bigger than possible ambulance use.... Nonetheless the deal is sizeable for NRT, validates the technology to the extent early stage compounds can be validated and makes everyone involved to date a winner. FJA
