No Need to constantly defend my investments. The enigma that is being carried forward here needs to be controlled.

Hi! Cheryl OD... I DO NOT WANT YOU OR BRAD TO BECOME LURKERS HERE!!!

That's my job!!!

I know that I do not post very much as I am just a beginner. But I have my thoughts and some of them should be known.

We need you here posting the positive because the negative would destroy things completely. Including FAMH if they could, but only in the short term.

I think that IRA realized this and that's why he has to do something about the financials short term until they come out on EDGAR. I was reading some facts about the SEC and in all the pages it said that some filings do take longer than others. depending on if they are first filings, paper filings, or electronics filings.

So I believe that we will see everything we need in advance of EDGAR when we see the audited balance sheet for 1997 tomorrow May 8,1998.

After reading the news release today I know that IRA feels that "the shareholders have a right to know the numbers". So IRA is thinking about the shareholders and is planning to give them a look at the future that they are planning for FAMH.

I am very encouraged at the last two paragraphs:
1. That they feel a reverse split is not in the best interest of the shareholders, and not necessary for the future success of FAMH.
2. That they are VITALLY INTERESTED in maintaining their rate of growth and continue the increase of profit margins.

So don't forget I'M A LURKER HERE !!!

Thanks again for your informative positive posts and to all the other POSITIVE POSTERS on this FAMHily thread.

Thanks again...Don't stop posting!!!
