I'm long, 1 1/2 years so far. But I look to the next 1-2 qtrs to tell me if I should continue. If I don't see top line growth, I'm going to bail...

They're slowly killing us at a quarter point a day. You look back after a week and say "what happened"?

It has to kick in again....or does it?

This is a classic signal of negative market sentiment with regards to this stock. But this will not preclude any fund purchases in the near future if they do happen. Funds tend to accumulate before a runups transpires in a stock. What we have here is how IFMX stock tends to attract speculator plays, which can be a good thing. All we need is solid money buying into this stock to make a difference.

So I think it would be helpful to focus on what can change market sentiment related to this stock. Also, look at the current market adjustment that apparently is continuing from several days ago. At this time, you will not find anyone stepping up to the plate to purchase a turnaround when stock like MSFT is being discarded. The sentiment of the market itself I would say is nervous to mildly pessimistic. Tomorrow's jobs report can help us further gauge current market sentiment. I think the market would need to be pretty positive along with having problems figuring out where to make their next profit for Informix to see any of this money. At least the tech sector itself would need to substantially improve. It has not recovered since the selloff of this sector except for some plays on the secondaries being made by fund money. Once Informix produces a trend of earnings improvements the situation can change for this stock.

"...good news..., ....keeps falling...."
It is normal for this stock swing 15% to 25% from top to bottom. It happened almost every month in the history. I wouldn't be surprised to see it drops below 8. IMHO, As long as it stays above 7, the uptrend is intact.
